We will work with you to accommodate a timely delivery upon completion of your custom order.  If you are a local customer (within a 50-mile radius) of our Ann Arbor showroom, we will work with a local delivery company to deliver and set-up your piece.  You will be provided with an estimated delivery and set-up fee prior to delivery.  All transportation must be paid in full before shipment of your order.  No payments upon delivery will be accepted.

If you are placing an order and are not a local customer, we will work with our freight company to have your order delivered from the craftsmen directly to your home.  At the time your order is placed, we will provide you with an estimated shipping fee.  However, if there is any change in the cost from the freight company at the time of completion of your order, you will be responsible for any additional transportation cost.  We will obtain a final shipping cost 72 hours prior to shipment from the vendor.

Smaller pieces will be shipped utilizing ground transportation.  For any table over 4’ in length, we recommend using a freight company.  Cost will depend on size and weight of the product.

We work with professional freight and delivery services experienced in packaging and transporting our products.  However, in the unlikely event that your order is damaged, you will need to make a claim directly with the carrier.  Upon receiving your item, please carefully inspect for any damage.  Pictures of the damaged area will be needed.  One of a kind home furnishings will assist you with any documentation required to complete your claim.  One of a kind home furnishings will not be responsible for filing your claim and will not be responsible for any return shipping cost.
