Our team will work closely with our craftsmen to ensure the quickest possible delivery of your custom order. Production will generally take 4-8 weeks depending on the design of your piece/s. Upon completion we will contact you to make sure you are ready for delivery. Transportation typically takes 7-10 days. Our team will follow your order from our craftsmen to your home and will keep you updated throughout the process. One of a kind home furnishings will not be responsible for any production delays or any unforeseen transportation delays. In the event an unexpected production and/or transportation delay does occur, we will do everything possible to assist with getting your order to you.
