AT THE TIME OF ORDER

At the time of order, we will work with you to review every detail of your order to avoid any mistakes during the custom ordering process.  We will review with you the specific dimensions, weights, selection of the slab when necessary, any fabric color selections, edge finishes, specific table leg design, etc., before placing your custom order.  Please make sure to review all correspondence to ensure we have the specific details of your custom order 100% correct.  One of a kind home furnishings cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies once product approval has been received.  All customer product approvals are required to be done in writing. No verbal approvals will be accepted.

Upon approval, One of a kind home furnishings requires 50% deposit per item, prior to placing the order with our craftsman and securing a production time slot.  We will keep you informed throughout the production of your custom piece as to projected delivery timing.  Each custom piece will range from 4-8 weeks for delivery.  Our craftsman will notify us 2 weeks prior to completion of your piece.  At this time, our team will work with you to confirm delivery.  If your piece is being shipped directly to your home, it may be necessary to work with a local delivery team once your piece has been cleared for delivery.  We will work with the delivery company to make all necessary arrangements to get your piece safely to your home. 

Please keep in mind that you are placing a custom order, made to your specific specifications.  We will allow 48 hours from your order date for any changes or cancellations.  Once your order has been received and processed with our craftsmen, they will no longer allow One of a kind home furnishings to make any changes or cancellations.  At this time in the ordering process, we will not return any custom order; we will not issue a store credit, refund, or return merchandise to the craftsmen.
